Cleco fastener for temporarily attaching two pieces to each other, easy use with wings

A 3.3 mm hole is drilled in two thin sheets and the fastener is pressed through the hole. The clamp locks into place and tightens the plates together for the next work phase. Finally, the fastener is removed and e.g. a pop rivet is installed in the hole. Easy to use without pliers, just press and hold with fingers.
